The Real Dill: 2018 Pickle Party


I have a theory that breakfast no longer exists and that we’ve all converted to only enjoying brunch at this point. If that’s the case, then I need a bloody mary stat. Specifically, a The Real Dill bloody mary because, damn it’s tasty.

You’ve probably seen them at The Denver Flea or enjoyed their special Snooze bloody mary mix, but have you had a chance to find out more? A couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to check out their facilities, aka I got personal with the pickles! I couldn’t believe how many jars come out of that small of a space. Which, fun fact: they used to share with a few other brands while they got up and running (what?!).


Every product from The Real Dill is handmade with love and care from the incredible team. Their kitchen got some recent upgrades to help the process, but every jar is put together by hand. That’s probably why they taste so epic.

Every recipe is made from scratch, using only the highest quality of ingredients they can get their hands on. Cucumbers, seasoning and brine are all packed into jars and then hang out at The Dillery until they've completed their pickling process.


Nowadays we all see the popular headline, “How I turned my side-hustle into my full-time”. Well these guys are pickle-preneurs that took the leap and landed safely into one of Denver’s most well-known brands.
